XIV International Scientific Conference "INTELLECTUAL SYSTEMS OF DECISION-MAKING AND PROBLEMS OF COMPUTATIONAL INTELLIGENCE"

The organizing committee invites you to take part in XIV International scientific conference "Intellectual Systems of Decision-making and Problem of Computational Intelligence (ISDMCI'2019)" which will take place in Zheleznii Port (Hola Pristan Raion, Kherson Oblast, Ukraine). Scientists, graduate students, students, members of scientific institutions and industrial enterprises staff are invited for participation.

The Working Languages:

Ukrainian, English, Russian.

Important Dates:

April 15, 2019 - 6:00 PM - The deadline for submission of the full version of the article (only in English)
May 5, 2019 - 6:00 PM - Deadline for submitting an extensive abstract (English or Ukrainian, Russian)

REGISTRATION and SUBMISSION PAPERS

CHECK IN

To register you must:

  1. send both a file with theses and file with a registration form to the Organizing Committee's E-mail committee@isdmci.org.ua.

  2. the name of the file with theses must match the name and initials of the first co-author. If the first co-author has several articles / papers, then a serial number should be added to the file name.

  3. the file with the registration form can be downloaded from the conference website.

  4. reports submitted without registration form will not be accepted for consideration

  5. if a group of authors submits several reports, then a separate registration form should be submitted with each report.


PUBLICATION OF THE CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

Abstracts/ extended abstract of the reports of the conference participants received by the Program Committee will have been published by the beginning of the conference in the Conference Proceedings. Upon request, the authors can also submit full versions of the articles/ papers that, after passing the review, will be published in the journal "LECTURE NOTES IN COMPUTATIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND DECISION MAKING" (series "ADVANCES IN INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS AND COMPUTING") by Springer, which is indexed in Scopus.


REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF THESES / EXTENDED ABSTRACT

The name of the file with the report must match the name and initials of the first co-author. If the first co-author has several articles, then the serial number should be added to the title of the article file. The report file is saved in the format Microsoft Word (version doesn't matter).

Abstracts rules:

  1. Abstracts are submitted in the amount of 1-2 full A4 pages. Fields: left, right, top and bottom – 2,5 cm. Font: Times New Roman. Line spacing is single.

  2. Name: : font - 10 pt., direct, bold, capital letters. Paragraph - center alignment, without hyphenation, single spacing, indents to the left and right of 1,25 cm. After - skip 1 line.

  3. Authors: surname, initials. Font - 10 pt., straight, bold. Paragraph - centered, single spacing.

  4. Information about author:font - 10 pt., straight. Paragraph - justified alignment, first line indent - 1 cm. After - omitting 1 line.

  5. Main material: a font - 10 pt., roman type. The paragraph - alignment on width, a space of the first line - 1 cm. After - the 1 line skip.

  6. Literature: font - 10 pt. Paragraph - justified alignment, first line indent - 1 cm.

  7. Formulas: font - a usual symbol 10 pt, a large index 7 pt, a small index 5 pt, a large symbol 16 pt., a small symbol 10 pt. Paragraph - line spacing 1,5. Formulas are aligned with the center, in the right margin of the page in parentheses is the number of the formula. Formulas should be typed using MS Equation 3.0


REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PAPERS IN THE JOURNAL: «LECTURE NOTES IN COMPUTATIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND DECISION MAKING» (SERIES «ADVANCES IN INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS AND COMPUTING»)

  1. Authors must use the Microsoft Word template or LaTeX template to prepare their manuscript. Papers will be accepted based on peer review and should contain original, high quality work. All papers must be written in English. The number of pages of the manuscript should be from 10 to 20 ones including figures, tables and references.

  2. The authors should submit:
    a) The original manuscript in Microsoft Word format or archive files using the LaTeX template;
    b) Fill out the form available at the following link: https://goo.gl/forms/p9iPwYe9gmDZFLjB2
    After acceptance of the manuscript the authors should fill out and sign the form in pdf format confirming consent to publish the submitted materials (the form will be sent after receiving the materials). All required materials must be sent to the email address: isdmcispringer@gmail.com.

  3. The manuscript must include the following sections: Introduction; Review of the Literature; Problem Statement; Materials and Methods; Experiment; Results and Discussion; Conclusions; Acknowledgements (if it is necessary); References; Appendices (if it is necessary). The structure of the article and its formatting parameters are presented in section 2 (Springer Guidelines for Authors of Proceedings).

  4. The figures should be prepared in any graphical format with resolution more than 300 dpi.

  5. Helpful information for paper formatting can be found on the "Information for Authors of Springer Proceedings" ( https://www.springer.com/gp/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines).

  6. Notice!!! Papers which do not formatted in accordance with the Springer template or which do not include the hereinbe-fore presented sections will be returned to the authors for revision.

The Conference will be held at the hotel complex "Troika" (http://www.hotel-troyka.com) (3b Morskaya str., Zaliznyi Port, Hola Prystan Raion, Kherson oblast, Ukraine). See location at the map

The hotel complex "Troika" is situated at the first sea line and has direct access to the beach. The hotel provides rooms with all modern facilities, parking, split-level swimming pools, a grill bar with a summer terrace by the pool, park, volleyball court, table tennis, children's playground, conference hall for 200 seats.



You can get to Zaliznyi Port from the Kherson railway station, intercity bus station or by route bus "Kherson - Zaliznyi Port" from the suburban bus station, which is located near Tsentralnyi rynok:

- from the railway station to Tsentralnyi rynok you can take a trolley bus No. 1 or bus;

- from intercity bus station to Tsentralnyi rynok you can take bus No. 16, 20, 30;

- from the railway station you can take route bus to Zaliznyi Port in the morning.

Those who arrive at the Kherson railway station in the late evening or at night, can stay for one night in the guest rooms of the railway station (suite; 2-bed and 4-bed rooms) or in the hotel "Angelina" (Pryvokzalna ploshcha).
